Job Summary
The Structural Welder will perform MIG and Flux-Cored welding on carbon steel, steel, and stainless steel. This position requires an experienced welder who can work from prints and work orders, fabricate and repair equipment, and safely operate various welding and fabrication equipment in a shop environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG and Flux-Cored welding
  • Weld carbon steel, steel, and stainless steel
  • Read and follow instructions, prints, and work orders
  • Plan welding procedures, tools, and material requirements
  • Fabricate equipment by cutting, burning, fitting, and welding various metals
  • Repair equipment using appropriate welding techniques and equipment
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for welding
  • Set up, assemble, fit, and tack-weld parts
  • Build up worn or defective surfaces as required
  • Operate burning equipment to dismantle assemblies and cut material to required size and shape
  • Safely operate grinders and other fabrication equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of welding experience
  • Strong MIG and Flux-Cored welding experience
  • Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Familiarity with iron workers, plasma cutters, pipe threaders, and grinders
  • Ability to read prints and work orders
  • Welding certification preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to successfully complete required background check, physical, and drug screening

LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Lead Master Electrician to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical leader with extensive industrial experience who enjoys troubleshooting, leading crews, and traveling to customer sites across the country.
Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving industrial controls, circuits, motors, and plant equipment.
  • Lead and supervise electricians and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
  • Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and review of electrical equipment and components.
  • Assist with conduit layout and routing.
  • Support equipment startup, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  • Review, inspect, and validate electrical work performed in the field.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and field personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supervising electricians and subcontractors.
  • Experience with industrial controls, circuits, motors, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with Emerson Rosemount transmitters is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
