Job Description
LK Jordan is hiring a Work Order Administrator / Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Process work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, and external vendors regarding work orders, property maintenance, and repairs.
- Read and understand lease agreements to assess tenant maintenance responsibilities accurately.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property to tenants, vendors, and branches.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance staff to address tenant maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Handle general administrative tasks including mail processing, document scanning, filing, and providing support to the team.
- Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Previous experience processing work orders in property management or a similar setting.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent conflict management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with vendors, tenants, and team members.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm), with consistency required.
