Job Title: Wire Shop Helper
Location: Manor, TX
Department: Wire Room

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Wire Helper to join our wire room team in Manor. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking to hire one individual who is eager to learn a new trade and demonstrates a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with wire preparation and assembly tasks

  • Support daily wire room operations

  • Follow work instructions and safety guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Learn wire processes, tools, and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required

  • Willingness to learn a new trade

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
