Job Description

L.K Jordan & Associates is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our San Antonio distribution center. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures efficient warehouse performance, accurate inventory management, and excellent customer service.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00am - until finished

Pay Rate: $50 - $55k

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
Oversee inventory control, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (paper industry experience a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
