What You'll Do
Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries
Coordinate workflow and prioritize daily tasks
Train and mentor Warehouse Associates
Monitor order accuracy, productivity, and safety
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate ERP/WMS records
Assist with inbound shipping issues and freight claims
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Operate cargo vans and box trucks as needed
Complete manifests and delivery paperwork
Provide operational support to the Branch Operations Manager
Identify and correct process inefficiencies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
3–5+ years of warehouse/distribution experience
Previous Warehouse Lead, Senior Warehouse Associate, or Team Lead experience preferred
Forklift certification and strong equipment operation skills
Experience with inventory control and cycle counts
ERP/WMS experience; Prelude or ADS preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday
Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely
