Driver Trainee
Job Description
Driver Trainee – Entry-Level ($18/hr)
Schedule: Start at 6:00 AM | Typically 8-hour days (or until route is complete)
Job Summary:
Great opportunity to get started in a local delivery environment. As a Driver Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced drivers, assist with daily routes, and learn the ins and outs of deliveries, customer interaction, and job site support.
Responsibilities:

Ride along with drivers and assist with local deliveries

Help load and unload materials at delivery sites

Learn routes, delivery procedures, and safety practices

Communicate with team members and customers on-site

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:

Must be 21+ with a clean driving record

Valid driver’s license required
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-
Dependable with a strong work ethic
-
Comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor environment
