- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime available as needed
Position Summary
The Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating a 3500HD dually flatbed truck with a 20-foot trailer, accurately pulling and delivering inventory, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
- Operate a 3500HD dually with flatbed and 20-foot trailer
- Accurately pull inventory, load, and secure materials for transport
- Transport materials to designated locations
- Offload materials, including manual unloading when required
- Inspect and maintain vehicle (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes, etc.)
- Report any vehicle or equipment issues to management
- Follow all traffic laws, transportation procedures, and company policies
- Read maps and follow verbal or written directions
Warehouse Duties
- Receive shipments and verify accuracy against receiving documents by end of business day
- Turn in receiving documentation to appropriate personnel
- Stock warehouse and yard using first-in, first-out (FIFO) method
- Pull inventory accurately based on packing lists
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse, yard, and office areas
- Operate forklift or be willing to learn

- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Bertram, TX
- Must be able to relocate before starting if necessary
