Job Description

Assistant Technical Support Analyst in North Austin

Temp to hire

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:30pm

$20 + depending on relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain records management systems and supporting applications for a State of Texas Agency client.
Train staff in system usage and recommend improvements.
Generate and execute special reports for staff and client needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
Proficiency in systems administration, business process analysis, application development, or system design.
Experience in providing technical support to users and customer service staff.
Ability to develop testing scripts, coordinate testing activities, and validate results.
Strong database management skills, including Microsoft Access.
Familiarity with Oracle applications, SQL, and Records and Information Management systems.
