Customer Service Technical Representative
North Austin near Burnet and Anderson
***ON SITE TRAINING***
Short Term Project
Starting July 30th continuing past November
$17/hr. and $17.50 for Bilingual in the Spanish language
Training on-site then equipment provided, you only need to have high speed internet at home.
Project shifts:
7:45am - 4:45pm
9:00am - 6:00pm
10:00am - 7:00pm
11am - 8pm
This position requires you to be on-site for training and live in the Austin, Texas area
The customer service you are providing requires you to have attention to detail, self discipline, and time management.
Tech Savvy

Flexible with overtime (potential of working Saturdays, Sundays and/or after hours to cover inbox)
Proficient in verbal and written communication

Customer Service experience
***Project training will be on-site, therefore you must live near the North Austin area.***
Description of Job:
The CSR will be providing information, advice, and tools for businesses in IT, finance, HR, customer service and support, legal and compliance, marketing, sales, and supply chain functions.
Responsibilities will include registration for conferences, booking hotel reservations for the conferences, applying changes to attendees' profiles for the conferences, answering any questions regarding the conference and venue, and other on-the-job requests from leadership.
Communication with attendees are in written and verbal form through 3 platforms, Calls, Emails, and Web live chat.
