Job Description

Technical Support Specialist needed for a full-time, remote opportunity. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with a combination of inbound and outbound calls. This position will also provide quality support to customers on the technical support queues and performing the following duties.

Starting pay is $16.00 hourly, increasing to $17.00 upon permanent hire. Schedule is Monday Friday 11: 00am and 8: 00pm. Some weekends may be required for senior level positions. Training is on-site, and position moves remote after completion of training.

Job Duties:

Creates and fosters robust client relationships by understanding the customer s business needs so that Office Ally s service and product platforms are fully realized.
Removes barriers and provide resolutions by assisting and navigating through various areas of technical troubleshooting.
Responds to internal IM' s and emails in a timely manner, checking consistently and frequently throughout the day.
Stays abreast and trains on new products and/or updates and communicates that knowledge to the Office Ally s customers as new products are released.
Provides a combination of telephone and remote desktop support for customers.
Ensures clients are fully engaged and aligned with Office Ally' s products and services to guarantee product utilization.
Performs follow-up outbound calls when first call resolutions are not attained and requests approval to log out of the queue, as needed.
Documents calls with customers in a detailed manner and notes any relevant information when on calls.
Provides a high level of customer satisfaction by providing precise and timely response to inquiries.
Supports and drives a culture of trust and open dialogue with co-workers and customers.
Meets expected training and certification timelines as assigned.
Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Minimum Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED
Ability to type 40 WPM accurately
Attention to Detail
Tech Savvy
Good verbal and written communication skills.
