Job Description

Immediate need for a Tax Manager in the San Antonio area working for a well established local CPA firm. Pay range is $95K to $120K. Some of the Responsibilities and duties are as follows:

Leads employees to meet the Firm s expectations for productivity, realization, quality and mission accomplishment.
Plans for and assigns projects to ensure they are appropriately staffed. Monitors engagement status, including actual versus budgeted time.
Reviews and analyzes client financial information. Consults with and advises clients regarding accounting and tax matters, as needed. Prepares complex tax
projections and briefs clients on opportunities for savings.
Demonstrates working knowledge and understanding of Federal tax code, State of Texas tax code, and other individual state tax regulations as required, as
well as the Code of Ethics developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the guidelines of the Public Accountancy Act.
