Job Description


LK Jordan is currently seeking A Service Director for a local organization near the downtown area. The Service Director is responsible for leading, training, and managing service personnel to meet departmental goals, maintain high customer satisfaction, and uphold company values. Schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm. This position can pay up to $80k depending on experience, PLUS a quarterly bonus structure that can range from an additional $1500 - $3500.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Personnel Management:

  • Directs and motivates service staff to achieve performance goals and maintain service standards.

  • Oversees staffing, training, onboarding, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensures clear communication across departments and maintains accurate job descriptions.

  • Personally manages high-value accounts and supports customer retention.

Operations & Planning:

  • Develops and implements efficient route scheduling, rerouting, and account installations.

  • Ensures timely service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

  • Collaborates with the General Manager to define and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Customer Relations:

  • Builds strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Manages the visitation program and oversees renewals to ensure account satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitors departmental financial performance, including budgets, payments, and cash handling.

  • Supports invoice collection and tracks competitor strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handles customer requests and coordinates with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

  • Maintains documentation, training records, and ensures compliance with company policies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in route planning.

  • Effective verbal and written communication in English

  • Clean driving record and ability to operate all company vehicles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software

  • Market awareness and business acumen

  • Upholds and teaches company values

  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
