Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up retail, industrial, and commercial construction projects in the Dallas area. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from site development through final completion and turnover.
The ideal candidate has successfully led full-cycle construction projects valued at $30M+ and is confident managing field operations, subcontractors, safety, and schedules on large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities
Lead field operations from ground-up start through closeout
Manage projects valued at $30 million or greater
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure manpower aligns with project timelines
Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety, quality, and productivity
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Lead weekly subcontractor and owner meetings
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover
Collaborate with PM on budgeting, change orders, and cost control
Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
Qualifications
8+ years of construction field leadership experience
Proven experience leading ground-up retail, industrial, or commercial projects
Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $30M+
Strong knowledge of site development, structural concrete, steel erection, MEP coordination, and interior finishes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth construction market
Tilt-wall, warehouse/distribution, big-box retail, or large commercial builds
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors across complex schedules
Compensation & Benefits
$140,000 – $150,000 base salary
