They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join their dynamic team and help us continue our tradition of success.

Position Overview: The Superintendent will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Safety: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential concerns.

  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in both residential and commercial construction.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

  • Certifications: OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

Salary range is $80K - $120K DOE
