Strategic Partnership Manager
Job Description
We are growing in Austin and want you to join our team! L.K. Jordan & Associates is seeking a Client Success & Growth Manager who can lead our sales efforts both inside and outside of the office. We are seeking a motivated, goal-focused individual who knows how to build and maintain relationships and increase sales. Compensation package that includes salary and both monthly commission and quarterly performance bonus components.
Essential Functions:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Identify and target prospective client companies through research, networking, and referrals

Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails and visits to generate new business
-
Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value, quality and speed

Negotiate contracts, bill rates, and service agreements to ensure profitability
-
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities

Education and Experience Guidelines:

Have outside sales experience

Have at least 5+ years of professional experience

College education preferred
