Stand-Up Forklift / Warehouse Associate
Job Description
LK Jordan is seeking a dependable Stand-Up Forklift / Warehouse Associate for a busy warehouse in Northeast Houston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and understands that warehouse work involves more than just operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Crown reach trucks and Crown order pickers.
- Pick, stage, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Palletize, shrink wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety guidelines.
- Experience operating a Crown or Raymond stand-up forklift is required.
- Experience with Crown reach trucks and order pickers preferred.
- Strong warehouse experience, including order picking and material handling.
- Must be comfortable with a physical role that includes frequent lifting, palletizing, and wrapping.
- Approximately 60% forklift operation and 40% hands-on warehouse work.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Important: This is not a forklift-only position. The ideal candidate is willing to step off the equipment and assist with all warehouse duties to support the team.
