Staffing Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and attract candidates for open positions
Being first point of contact for candidates both over the phone and in person
Greeting, processing and testing candidates for our open positions
Creating and maintaining accurate candidate files to ensure prompt candidate placement
Collaborate with peers to successfully fill client job orders.
Must be able to travel to client sites as needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field or 3-5 years recruiting experience required preferably in Field Sales or College Recruiting, or the equivalent in combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of business office operations, of filing and administrative clerical operations.
Able to read, write, and fluently speak English.
Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
Dresses in appropriate business attire and is professional in appearance and mannerisms.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment and random drug test.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver s license and auto insurance is required.
Compensation
Highly Competitive Base Salary (DOE) of minimum $50K-$55K plus monthly commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
