L.K. Jordan & Associates (L.K. Jordan), a Texas based staffing firm, is now searching for an experienced Staffing Assistant to work in our San Antonio, Texas office.

L.K. Jordan matches talented people with fantastic clients through staffing their temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire employment needs.

Staffing Assistant needed to support a highly energetic and motivated staffing team.

This position is essential to the success of the team with responsibilities to include:
Assisting to recruit and attract candidates for open positions
Being first point of contact for candidates both over the phone and in person
Greeting, processing and testing candidates for our open positions
Creating and maintaining accurate candidate files to ensure prompt candidate placement
Assisting recruiters in all recruiting activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualified candidate will be self-motivated, highly energetic, detail oriented, and goal driven. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience within an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service. We prefer this person to have a 4 year college degree and bilingual in Spanish is a definite plus!

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
