We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience operating overhead cranes in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULE
1st Shift:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–12:00 AM
Must be willing to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts as required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move and position steel and other materials
- Load, unload, lift, and stage materials
- Inspect crane equipment before operation
- Follow proper lifting and rigging procedures
- Secure and balance loads before movement
- Work closely with shop and production personnel
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with general shop and production duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
- Previous overhead crane operating experience required
- Manufacturing, steel, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
- Knowledge of safe lifting and rigging practices
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
