Job Description
LK Jordan has an immediate opening for a Shift Lead by the San Antonio East Side. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. The schedule is Monday- Friday from 2:00 pm- 11pm . The pay range is $18.00 to 22.00 hourly. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will go permanent based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Address and resolve any operational issues or employee concerns that arise during the shift.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, employee performance, and shift activities; report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
Experience, Knowledge:
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
