Job Description

LK Jordan is currently seeking Service Technician/ Lead Technician for a San Antonio based company that provides fire alarm / security alarm installation and services for commercial clients. They have been in business for over 20 years and are looking for dedicated workers who are able to travel to Austin, Cibolo, and Houston. Accommodations and per diem available for out of town jobs. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 7: 00am- 6: 00pm and pay rage is in the $25 -$35 range DOE. Medical Dental, 401K, and Vacation after 6 months.

Qualified candidates should have, or will be required to obtain the following:
- Texas Fire Alarm License FAL or RAS - (preferred)
- Texas PSB Alarm License (preferred)
- Understanding of NFPA and local codes
- Experience with troubleshooting, installing, programming, modifying, and maintaining low voltage systems
- Fire Alarm (preferred)
- Including NAC and SLC circuits
- BDA Systems (preferred)
- Security Alarms
- Digital Video Systems
- IP Cameras
- Access Control Systems
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience (for Service Technicians)
- Experience with IP Networking and Windows Server (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Clean criminal and driving history- background check and drug screen are required
- Ability to self-motivate and work with little supervision
- Strong Work Ethic
- Professional Attitude
- Strong Customer Service skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience; low voltage, fire alarm and security alarm
- Completion of a background check and drug screen and MVR.
- Valid Driver' s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have basic hand tool.
- OSHA 30 Certified paid by client.
- High school Diploma or GED
