Service Sales Accounts Manager
Houston, TX
$75K – $95K Base + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential)
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Service Sales professional to expand our footprint in the Houston market. This role will focus heavily on new business development, identifying upgrade and retrofit opportunities, and selling commercial HVAC service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building

Sell service contracts, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and turnkey HVAC solutions

Identify opportunities through RFPs, service reports, and client follow-up

Develop ROI-based proposals and present cost/benefit analyses

Negotiate and close service agreements, including multi-year contracts

Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive bids

Maintain activity reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline tracking

Build long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service or sales

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and construction environments

Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field experience preferred
