Senior Account Executive
Basic Function
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing, and client service activities within an assigned territory. This role drives profitable revenue growth while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The position also promotes company services, programs, and promotions that add value to existing and prospective clients.
Pay Rate: $28.85 – $36.06 per hour
Principal Accountabilities (Essential Functions)

Promote and sell Tenant and Employment Background Screening products and services to existing and prospective clients, meeting or exceeding profitable sales targets.

Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit clients and prospects, ensuring satisfaction with company services and awareness of available programs, services, and promotions.

Promote collection services to prospective clients and respond to requests for proposals within the Collection Division.

Develop, implement, and track weekly sales plans using the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, expand the customer base, and track competitor activity.

Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions, contacts, results, and issues in the CRM system in accordance with company procedures.

Submit timely and accurate expense reports for travel, meals, and other reimbursable business expenses in compliance with company policy.

Represent the company at civic and community events and attend relevant association meetings to promote company services. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in personal computer applications and CRM systems.

Strong initiative, assertiveness, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Problem Solving / Decision Making

Develop weekly call plans and product promotion strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.

Recommend appropriate solutions to resolve customer concerns or service requests.

Evaluate product costs and profitability when considering special pricing or customized proposals.
Contacts and Relationships

Maintain frequent interaction with clients, prospects, and internal company personnel.

Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
