Manage sales calendar and prioritize all bid invitations based on bid date, location, job size, and customer
Provide completed plans and all bid documents to the Sales Manager, prior to the bid date
Handle the processing of all contracts, purchase orders and change orders with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure contract information is entered correctly into SalesForce.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form
Enter all costs of material and labor, and SAC codes for FOB
Review and update cost and pricing in Soule for all retail orders.
Review all pending estimates in SalesForce on a weekly basis and request job status update from sales.
Assist in preparing reports for Sales Manager as requested. (Bid Schedule; Pending Estimates, pending jobs, contract approvals, construction start schedule)
Experience and Skill Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service in an industrial setting
Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Blue Beam, Dropbox, FTP, Salesforce, SAP)
