Job Description
We are currently hiring Secondary Runners for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This position supports production by handling smaller, lightweight parts and ensuring materials move efficiently through the secondary production process.
Responsibilities
- Handle, organize, and transport small, lightweight parts
- Supply parts and materials to designated production areas
- Inspect parts for visible defects or quality concerns
- Sort, count, label, and package materials as directed
- Follow production instructions and maintain an efficient workflow
- Keep the assigned work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Assist with other production-related duties as needed
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to safely handle the parts and materials required for the position
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
The Secondary department is primarily Spanish-speaking and includes bilingual team members. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic English communication skills are needed to understand essential safety information and workplace instructions; fluency is not required.
