Duties/Responsibilities:

Create a positive work environment where employees are encouraged to come to work and feel supported.
Ensure that our clients are satisfied and receive superior service.
Direct sales in accordance with procedures creating an enjoyable shopping experience
Administer everyday store tasks as per principle and communicate clearly and openly.
Obtain product knowledge and keep an accurate inventory.
Provide employees with instruction in customer service, product knowledge, and operations.
Control employee scheduling to guarantee adequate employee coverage throughout business hours.
Maintain visual, clean, and inviting store appearances and professionalism.
Maintain stock in your store to maintain sales.
