Resort Supervisor
Job Description
Supervisor supporting very busy condominium in Port Aransas, TX
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ordering, maintaining, and stocking inventory of cleaning supplies keeping the cost within budget allotted.

Supervise / oversee housekeeping staff to include laundry and housekeeping attendants and inspectors.

Create scheduled for the laundry and housekeeping staff.

Ensure staff have the supplies, equipment and uniforms needed to complete task.

Assist with interviewing and hiring and training of new employees
-
Conduct performance reviews
-
Address employee issues and enforce corrective action in accordance with company policy.
-
Prepare daily reports, housekeeping charts, and operational documentation.
-
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and use of approved chemicals and personal protective equipment.

Conduct quality inspections - Inspect rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and quality standards, enforcing company standards
Qualifications / Requirements needed to be considered for this position
-
Minimum of five years of supervisory and management experience
-
Experience in high end resort, hotel, or condominium is highly preferred
-
Ability to budget
-
Experience and ability to accurately keep records and produce reports
-
Experience with conflict resolution
-
Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
-
Have reliable transportation
-
Pass background check and drug screening
Starting Pay between $19 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
