Job Description
Position: Reservoir Engineer
Overview: Our company is dedicated to delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy fuel. Our team, composed of industry veterans are specialists in the industry. We exclusively use modern technology, co-developed by our leaders. We are seeking a Reservoir Engineer for our Corpus Christi, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain reservoir plans, working with the Geology team to optimize well placement and suggest interventions for existing wells to enhance field value.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement a development plan that maximizes asset value.

Provide reservoir engineering expertise on field/well studies, focusing on economic analysis using rate transient analysis, decline curve analysis, material balance, and volumetrics.

Assess lateral and vertical well spacing to determine optimal configurations within target horizons.

Work with the team to evaluate completion and production practices to maximize value across the acreage.

Monitor reservoir fluids and production performance to produce accurate forecasts for all wells.

Implement appropriate reservoir and well surveillance to evaluate performance, estimate hydrocarbons in place, and optimize development strategies.

Collaborate on well design optimization to enhance value.

Assess the economics and profitability of potential projects and recommend viable projects for execution.

Assist in estimating resources and reserves.

Partner with stakeholders to align on strategic development strategies.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related Engineering fields.

At least 1 year of experience in reservoir engineering.

Proficiency with data visualization/analytical tools like PowerBI or Spotfire.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.

Strong analytical abilities and experience handling complex datasets.

Proven teamwork skills.

Preferred: Experience in reservoir modeling.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and work outdoors. Must be able to lift/move up to 15 pounds frequently.
Pay range is $92K plus DOE
