Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer, transfer and/or take messages on multi-line phone for all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Meet and greet all visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Create special greetings for holidays and for early closures.
Update and maintain telephone roster.
Check and distribute Company mail.
Order office supplies as needed.
Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines and behavior expectations.
Coordinate and assist with all sales-related activities, including scheduling.
Cultivate and maintain working relationships with reps and specifiers.
Use SyteLine to track and research customers as requested.
Perform other duties as requested by various departments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong multi-tasking and stress management skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office machines (fax, copier, scanner)
Experience with multi-line phone
Highly proficient with computers and technology
Polished, professional attitude and appearance
Reliable and punctual
Excellent organizational skills
Customer-service oriented skills
Required Education and Experience:
At least 1 year administrative experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate s or Bachelor s degree
Five or more years in an administrative role
