Job Description
Primary Duties:
- Greeting customers and assisting with initial request.
- Answering incoming calls and directing the appropriate person.
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the lobby.
- Assist with entering invoices data in SAGE 50.
- Receives and sends out mail.
- Additional office duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1-year related experience.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience w/ accounting software a PLUS!
