L.K. Jordan is currently seeking a detail-oriented QA Certification Document Reviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all documentation deliverables while adhering to strict timelines. This role involves reviewing various documents, primarily client documentation, and utilizing Sharefile for client documentation, among others.
Job Title: QA Certification Document Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible scheduling available if consistency is maintained)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain on-time daily documentation deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Review all documents for typos and consistency throughout packages.
- Understand different document requirements as per customer specifications and industry standards.
- Prioritize document packages based on due dates, customer review times, and other factors.
- Combine, sort, and extract multiple document packages according to customer requirements.
- Utilize customer sites such as SAP to upload, review, and share files with customers.
- Keep shipping and sales departments informed of document statuses.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, with a consistent commitment to working hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in QA documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Experience in the oil/gas industry is a plus.
