Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the electronics or semiconductor industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure proper project documentation is maintained.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.




Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive team performance.


Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of integrated circuit design and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Autodesk AutoCAD
