Project Manager or Superintendent Construction Industry

Responsibilities

Contract Management
Managing suppliers
Forecasting and managing budget
Implementing work on hand
Tracking cost
Planning and Scheduling resources

Qualifications

Road and Bridge experience is a must. Asphalt experience is not necessary but a huge plus.
Experience is key to this role.

Annual Bonus.
All national holidays off.
Work life balance-flexibility if needed for kids events, etc.
60-70% in office, 30% in the field.
