Job Description
Hiring: Production Technician – North Austin
Pay: $20–$22/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in North Austin. In this role, you will manufacture, assemble, clean, and inspect precision glass components using specialized production equipment while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment to manufacture, assemble, and clean glass components.

Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
-
Complete production documentation accurately and maintain quality standards.
-
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.
-
Perform basic troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and changeovers.
-
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support continuous improvement.
-
Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple production processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
