Coatings Technician / Wood Finisher – Manor, TX
Pay: $22–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are hiring an experienced Wood Finisher / Coatings Technician for a growing millwork shop serving custom residential and commercial projects in the Austin area.
Responsibilities

Spray stains, sealers, lacquer, and topcoats on cabinetry and millwork

Match colors and finishes to samples and specifications
-
Operate HVLP and conventional spray equipment
-
Prep, mix, and apply wood finishing products
-
Ensure consistent quality and finish standards
Qualifications
-
2+ years of wood finishing, cabinet finishing, or spray finishing experience
-
Experience with stains, lacquer, and spray equipment
-
Strong attention to detail and color matching
-
Reliable work ethic and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
-
Millwork or cabinetry experience
-
Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams, M.L. Campbell, ILVA, or similar products
-
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plu
Screening Requirements:

7 year criminal BG check
