Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Support

Assist senior operators with the operation and maintenance of plant process equipment.

Support daily operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Technical Competency
-
Operate and monitor equipment using a Distributed Control System (DCS).
-
Perform data entry and reporting using computer-based systems.
Behavioral Expectations
-
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
-
Maintain a reliable attendance record and report to work on time.
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
-
Be available for reasonable overtime and emergency call-ins.
Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Work Experience:

Prior operational or industrial experience preferred.

Familiarity with tasks such as hot sample collection, vessel insulation, flushing and reassembly, and equipment cleaning is beneficial.

Ability to evaluate equipment conditions and apply basic troubleshooting skills.
