Job Description

L.K. Jordan is seeking a recruiter for one of our clients in the Conroe, TX area. This is a seasonal role with a flexible schedule and an in-office requirement (not remote).

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Recruiting experience required
Proficiency in ATS systems
Pre-screening applicants and scheduling interviews
Communicating with candidates regarding background checks, drug testing, and hiring processes
Ability to set appointments and manage applicant flow
Job Fair participation
Social media recruitment to increase applicant traffic
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
May assist with HR office duties as needed
