Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related activities. This position requires a candidate who is meticulous, has a strong numerical aptitude, and is knowledgeable in various payroll systems and processes. The typical schedule is Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm and some overtime as needed. Pay rate is $26 hourly!
Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Manage and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ADP.
- 5 years accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts.
- Experience in payroll management.
- Ability to perform 10 key typing with high accuracy.
