Job Description

Patient Services Representative in N. Austin

Near Louis Henna and I-35!

Full-Time

Temp to Hire

$18/hr.

Monday - Thursday 8AM – 5PM (1/2 hr. lunches)

Friday 8AM - 2PM (no lunch and leave early)

This position will be working directly with patients daily and should enjoy customer service in a fast paced working environment.

100% paid medical benefits for employees

We are looking for a candidate with one plus years’ experience

Answering a multi-line phone system for a medical practice
Prepping patient charts before they are seen
Pre-authorization insurance verification
Front office duties

Athena software

Replenishing beverage area for patients and visitors
HIPAA compliant
Checking patients in and out
Taking co-pays/payments and inputting into patient electronic charts
Assisting with financial arrangements
Managing patient schedules
Scheduling/Rescheduling patient appointments
Bilingual in the Spanish language
