Job Description

Patient Services Rep wanted in North/Central Austin on Medical Parkway!

Full-Time - Temp to Hire

$18/hr

Monday - Thursday 8 AM – 5:00PM &

Friday 8AM - 2PM

We are currently looking to add an experienced Patient Service Representative to our team.

This position will be working directly with patient every day.

You must enjoy customer service and fast working environment.

100% paid medical benefits for employees

We are looking for a candidate with one plus years’ experience
Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Prepping Charts
Pre-authorization Insurance Verification
Transcription Tracking
Basic Office Duties
HIPAA Laws
Checking patients In and Out
Taking co-pays
Assisting with financial arrangements
Managing Schedules
Making Appointments
Bilingual is a preferred
