Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a mental health counseling facility in [City]. This role involves answering inbound calls on a six-line circuit board, greeting clients, and working closely with therapists and other administrative staff. The ideal candidate is delicate, well-organized, capable of multitasking, and maintains a polished and crisp appearance. This is a part-time position with a schedule of three eight-hour shifts per week, between Monday and Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay rate is $17.50 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls on a multi-line circuit board.

Greet clients upon arrival.

Assist therapists and administrative staff with various tasks.

Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
