Job Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for providing information and promoting or selling the distribution products and services we supply.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Services existing accounts, establishes new accounts and obtains orders by:
Processing incoming phone calls, fax, EDI and mailed orders each day.
Organizes and plans a daily work schedule including telephone calls to existing and prospective accounts as directed by management. Answers product or service questions and provides quotations for the same.
Promotes sales and attracts potential new accounts by:
Contacting customers by telephone and email to promote company products and services as directed by management.
Answers product or service questions and provides quotations for the same.
Maintains customer records by updating customer database, customer profiles and contact reports.
Processes customer orders by referring to contracts and quotations.
Contributes to company success by performing any other function or duty as may be assigned or determined by management of the company and accepting full responsibility for the quality of their job with complete conformance to customer expectations and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year recent Face to Face Customer Service experience
Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Reliable transportation
Able to pass drug screen and background check
