Job Description

North Houston Industrial Coating, Painting and Metal finishing company is seeking a Operation Clerk

M- F 7am- 4pm Possible overtime $19hr

• Scan in customer’s purchase orders and all pertaining documentation.

• Assist with purchasing operating supplies and tracking shipments.

• Matching all shipping documents to work order packets.

• Filling closed out order.

• Obtain receiving documentation and create corresponding work order folder.

• Help prepare office for customer audits and visits.

• Invoicing and final job packet review of complete orders.

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
