Job Description
Busy construction based company
Duties include but not limited to the following:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Scheduling work crews
• Manage time clock and process payroll
• Heavy QuickBooks entry
• Any office support needed
Requirements to be considered:
• Minimum of five years A/R and A/P experience
• Skilled in QuickBooks
• Payroll experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized
