Job Description
Salary: $60k - $70k per year (up to $75k for exceptional candidates)
About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing construction company looking for a dependable and positive individual to manage our Houston office. Ideal candidate must have experience in the construction industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Management:
- Oversee daily operations of our Houston office
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
- Bilingual communication with field staff and customers (Spanish/English preferred)
Accounting:
- Handle Accounts Payable invoice entry using QuickBooks (5+ years of experience required)
- Manage project costs efficiently
Human Resources:
- Work with timecards for 40+ field personnel
- Address employee needs and interactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of office management experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (testing may be required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and dependability are a must
- Must live near the Houston office
