Job Description


LK Jordan is seeking an Office Manager for a Water Conditioning Company located near The Pearl. This position will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. They will be a key component in the daily processes. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Starting pay is $60,000 yearly.

 

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Directly supervise a team of ten

  • Delegate administrative functions fairly and maintain the functions when needed

  • Seek opportunities for additional sales

  • Audit and oversee that books are closed accurately at the end of month

  • Review end of month data and distribute delinquent list for collection

  • Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of the dealerships financial reports

  • Manage customer information system to ensure completion and accuracy of information processing.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen

  • High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
