Office Manager/Bookkeeper needed to support a company with multiple business portfolios. This individual will report directly to the CEO/Owner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage accounting, finance, and tax duties on an ongoing basis which may include managing tallies of expenses, bank reconciliations, and any accounting related
Support C-level executive and teams with various projects as needed.
Coordinate and book travel and other associated activities
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Purchase and maintain inventory for office supplies and equipment
Coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues
Minimum of 5 years recent Bookkeeper/Office Coordination experience
Good understanding of math/accounting/finance principles
Must be detail oriented and organized
