Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: In-person (near The Domain, Austin)
Pay: $25–28/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and manage front desk activities. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced dedicated team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet employees and visitors and maintain a professional front desk environment

  • Manage incoming deliveries, mail, and general front desk operations

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

  • Order office supplies and track inventory levels

  • Coordinate catered meals, employee birthdays, and office social events

  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings

  • Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed

  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of office coordination, administrative, or related experience required

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace and Slack

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication style

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
