Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: In-person (near The Domain, Austin)
Pay: $25–28/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and manage front desk activities. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities

Greet employees and visitors and maintain a professional front desk environment

Manage incoming deliveries, mail, and general front desk operations

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

Order office supplies and track inventory levels

Coordinate catered meals, employee birthdays, and office social events

Schedule and manage conference room bookings

Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as needed

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of office coordination, administrative, or related experience required

Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace and Slack

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication style

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
