NW Houston Manufacturing Company Seeking Office Admin Clerk to complete administrative and clerical duties
Mon- Fri
Full-time (our main office hours are 7-4 pm)
Pay: $16/hr
Admin Tasks:
• Enter Approved Office Invoices
• Customer Invoicing
• Organize/Pay Approved Bills
• Review Monthly Vendor Statements
• Setup new customer’s/vendor’s accounts
• Manage Receivables
• Other Misc Office tasks
Skills needed:
• Bilingual (Required)
• Experience with email (we use Outlook)
• Basic computer skills (such as excel and word)
• Great organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Team player
• Great attitude
• Previous Office Admin Experience Preferred
