Job Description
L.K. Jordan & Associates is hiring for an Office Admin Clerk to support daily administrative and clerical operations for a well-established company. This full-time position is ideal for someone seeking a long-term role in a fast-paced, supportive office environment.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Pay: Starting at $16/hr, with potential adjustments based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Scan and organize various documents
- Manage Accounts Payable emails, distributing invoices for department approvals
- Enter approved bills into the accounting system (Sage)
- Approve and record freight bills
- Send order confirmations to customers
- Manage and restock office and breakroom supplies
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Proficiency in basic Excel and Word functions
- Ability to organize emails and tasks efficiently using Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to task completion
- Openness to learning and implementing new approaches to tasks
- Multi-tasking ability and proactive problem-solving skills
